Wildflower Lavender Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • sticks (16oz Vital Farms Sea Salted Butter, softened)
  • tbsp dried flowers (food-grade, plus extra for topping)
  • tbsp dried lavender (food-grade, plus extra for topping)
  • tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Whip butter for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add flowers, lavender, and honey.

  3. Mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Form into a log, wrap, and chill for a 2-3 hours.

  5. Cut and top with wildflowers and honey.

  6. Enjoy on warm croissants, baguette slices, biscuits, and more.
