High-Protein Cottage Cheese Waffles

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup + tablespoom whole grain rolled oats
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
  • Vital Farms Eggs
  • cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • tablespoon real maple syrup
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, and process until smooth.

  2. Heat a waffle iron.

  3. Spray with avocado oil.

  4. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the center of the waffle iron.

  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

  6. Repeat steps 3-5 with remaining batter.

  7. Serve with syrup and fruit of choice.
