Speculoos Cookie Compound Butter
A sweet butter with cozy and warm spices and a crunchy cookie texture perfect for morning toast or pancakes.
Ingredients
- speculoos cookies, (such as Biscoff)
- cup Vital Farms Unsalted Butter, (room temperature)
- pinch salt
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the cookies to a zip-top bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin or heavy pan until they are in coarse crumbs.
Add the butter to a small bowl along with the crushed cookies, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir to combine then transfer to a small mason jar or container for gifting.
