Apple Butterscotch Blondies
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- cup all-purpose flour
- teaspoon baking powder
- teaspoon baking soda
- teaspoon salt
- cup dark or light brown sugar
- cup granulated sugar
- cup dried apples (roughly chopped)
- cup butterscotch chips
Wet ingredients:
- Vital Farms Eggs
- cup plus 1 teaspoon Vital Farms Unsalted Butter (melted and divided)
- teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Layer the dry ingredients in the 32 oz (4 cup) jar.
Print and the labels and trim with scissors. Alternatively, use a pen and paper to create your own label using the directions below.
Poke a hole through the label and fasten to the jar using ribbon or string.
Gift to your recipient with Vital Farms Eggs and Butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter an 8-inch square baking pan with a teaspoon of butter then line with parchment paper.
Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Add the contents of the jar and stir to combine.
Transfer batter to prepared baking pan and bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
