Egg White Storage Hack

Ingredients

  • Leftover egg whites
  • Ice cube tray
  • Reusable or plastic bag

Instructions

  1. Add one egg white per ice cube in the tray.

  2. Place in freezer for 12 hours, or until frozen.

  3. Empty tray into a labeled and dated bag and replace in freezer. Keep frozen for up to a year.

  4. Use pre-portioned egg whites in your future meals. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight.
